Hi Guys, today I’m reviewing the Black+Decker BDH2000PL MAX Lithium Pivot Vacuum, 20volt. LINK to Vacuum: http://amzn.to/2fQTlF9
The unit measures 16 inches long with the Nozzle extended. This vacuum weighs 3 pounds. When you get this, first charge the battery for 24 hours. Make sure the on/off switch is off while charging. It comes with a charging base and the unit sits straight up like this when you are charging. A blue led will flash while charging and the led will turn off when it’s fully charged. With any lithium ion battery, it’s best not to leave it in the base for more than a day. I have definitely forgotten to do that and left it for a few days but it’s safest to remove it from the base after it’s fully charged. Here is the on/off button. Use this button to pivot and lock the nozzle to any position you want. It feels solid and not cheap or light. When you’re charging, put the nozzle all the way down. At the end of the nozzle there is a crevice tool that pulls out. On the other side, there is a brush tool.

Pull the door latch to empty dirt. The door feels really light and closes weakly, I’m not too confident that the door will last long. Push and hold the release button and move the nozzle down and the dust container comes off. Turn the filter to the right, take it out and tap it to get dust off. Remove the prefilter the same way. You can wash both in warm soapy water. The dust container can be wiped with a damp cloth or rinsed. Just make sure everything is completely dry before putting back into the vacuum. Close the lid and move the nozzle up, it’ll click and you know it’s locked. The filter should be replaced every 6 to 9 months.

I like the way it looks, black and sleek, doesn’t take up much space. I love anything cordless because of the convenience.

Battery lasts about 15 minutes
