Room service like in a hotel setting will allow patients to order what they want to eat, when they want to eat. A packet that includes room service menus and related diet information will stay with the patient in the room. A patient can order meals via telephone from 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. The patient will speak live with a clerk, and the order will be confirmed, processed and delivered to the patient room within 45 minutes.
