In this video I discuss blind bidding vs open bidding! What Is happening In the Canadian real estate market and all of the changes that are happening! The Canadian government has recently decided that as of next year in 2023 sellers will have the option to choose blind bidding or open bidding in Ontario! It appears that the liberal housing plan has a lot of changes they are making. From banning foreign buyers for two years, increasing interest rates and now this! Open bidding in real estate changes a lot of things and in this video I share with you my opinion as to why! The big question a lot of buyers are asking is will open bidding slow price growth of toronto real estate? Others were also asking when liberals will ban blind bidding in Canada. However it appears they've made a different decision! To make it an option for sellers to have both!
