Is Manchester Airport closed due to snow?
No!
The weather in Manchester today nay have caused traffic disruption, school closures and other travel chaos but the airplanes kept flying!
The big question is, do you want to build a snowman?

The north of England was hit by a front of heavy snow. It came in two waves with the first wave happening before dawn and the second around 11:30.
Visibility is reduced as well as creating incredibly slippery and dangerous conditions for the aircraft, airport vehicles and personnel.
Everyone at the airport has done a great job in clearing the snow and only having the odd short delay to arriving and departing aircraft

There are few other airports where you can get up close and see inside the cockpit of Etihad airways or a British Aiways A320 all in the space of one morning.
