Blocked drains attack the fat berg.
Got a call from a customer who was suffering with a supposed blocked gully, turns out the blockage was downstream and I noticed fat deposits in the mini inspection chamber so was ptetty sure it was a fat berg.

I couldnt budge the screws on the chamber lid at the bottom of the drive so had to jet downstream and yes thsts not ideal but I cleared it all the same.

If you use fat to cook with its inevitable some gets down the drain, a good tip is to run your water hot to flush the drain through after emptying sink or using dishwasher.
