A mashup I made featuring Blondie's "Danceaway" from their 1982 studio album, "The Hunter," and Electric Light Orchestra's "Mr. Blue Sky" from their 1977 studio album, "Out of the Blue."

I began working on this mashup as far back as late 2022, with me working on it on and off until I was able to finish it in mid to late 2023. I actually posted this track a few months back, as part of my first sampler album containing my works in audio editing. The editing process for this was simple but also time consuming, as I had to separate the vocals and instrumentals of both songs with mvsep.com's Demucs4 HT separation tool. Afterwards, I had to adjust the tempo and move around pieces of the vocal track from "Mr. Blue Sky," so that the vocals from that song can sync with the instrumental track of "Danceaway." I was able to accomplish this by using Audacity to edit the mashup itself, and thus the final product was made.

After sometime since the release of the first sampler album on Internet Archive, I finally decided now was the time to release it separately onto YouTube. So with that being said, here it is!
