Kate and Kava dig for BLUE OPAL thundereggs at a claim owned by the Owyhee Gem & Mineral Society. They are hosted by Dave and Chonita, and joined by their friends Greg and Val, to dig at this remote and productive site. It's Kate's first time digging for thundereggs, but she manages to find some great ones. After she gets home, she cuts them open on her trim saw so that everyone can see what is inside.
