Easy Blueberry jam
2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries (I used frozen)
2Tbsp raw honey
2 Tbsp lemon juice
2 Tbsp chia seeds
Coat blueberries with the raw honey
Put in a pot and add the lemon juice
Heat over med/low heat until blueberries are soft and bubbling (yes this only took 5 min.'s)
Reduce the heat and smash the berries
Add the Chia seeds and mix to combine
Bring heat back up to med/low until jam thickens for about another 5 min.'s or stirring so it doesn't burn.
Turn heat off and let cool for 510 min.'s before transferring to jars.
Stores in Fridge for up to 2 weeks or freeze.
