BMW E90 Shadowline Door Trim Remove & Refit

How to remove and reinstall the the door and window trims on an e90. The base models come with chrome and its actually quite easy to remove and refit, whether you are swapping it from some factory shadow line trim like this car, or paint the chrome black. This should help you through the process.
