After visiting Brainerd I stopped at the Soo Line Trail in Royalton and did a short roundtrip on my bike between there and the town of Bowlus. In Royalton the Soo Line Trail goes over Highway 10 and BNSF's Staples Subdivision on a bridge, so I was hoping to get a video of a train from there, but the signals were dark so I figured a train wasn't coming for awhile. As I got back on the highway however I noticed the headlights of a train from my rearview mirror, so I made a quick stop at a crossing to get a video of the train passing through. Since they were going at a pretty good speed I figured I wouldn't be seeing them again, but surprisingly I caught up to them twice. First location is in Royalton, a little bit south of the Soo Line Trail, the second location is a couple miles southeast of St. Cloud, and the third location is in Becker.
