The BoatFools Top 10 Sailboats for Sale in Florida for Under $40k are tagged and bagged! Back in October we found the top 10 sailboats for sale in Florida for under $25k and there were some great finds but these take the cake. Now, just because the asking prices are creeping up close to $40,000, doesn't mean you should OFFER that amount. It's a buyer's market, for sure, so aim low if you're a buyer. In fact if you find a boat you like, think of an offering price that would make you uncomfortable to offer. Got it? That's the number you should present to the seller or broker! You're not going to hurt anyone's feelings and you never know what might happen! I know of people who ended up receiving a sailboat for FREE and another friend who negotiated 50% off the asking price. It can happen. But, it won't happen if you don't ask.

So, the three of us were in the HQ to present these sailboats which was a lot of fun. Each of us selected 3 boats, plus one general wild card boat that we chose together, for a total of 10. There is a very sweet selection of boats on this list and they are from all over the great state of Florida. We think you'll like them.
