ABOUT TASTE OF THE CARIBBEAN FESTIVAL
Taste of The Caribbean (TOTC) festival is the largest FREE Caribbean Live Music, Arts, Food, and Rum Festival in Canada, which takes place every second weekend of July @OldPort of Montreal. The outdoor festival normally draws between 50,000 90,000 attendees every year onsite.

From its beginnings in 1999, TOTC’s mission has been to promote the diversity of Montreal and Canada's Caribbean culture to all audiences in order to form a better understanding and integration between cultures, as well as to influence Canadians of nonCaribbean descent to eventually travel to the Caribbean region, while at the same time, direct them to visit local Caribbean outlets here, such as: local businesses, arts, live performances, imported products, etc.
