ABOUT
Bobby Womack (1944) started out as the lead singer in family group The Valentinos and as a guitarist with Sam Cooke. His career has spanned more than fifty years and many different genres Womack wrote the very first hit single by the Rolling Stones, It's All Over Now , and released many successful songs and albums himself. In 2009, he was inducted in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. His latest album The Bravest Man In The Universe got raving reviews in 2012. At the festival Womack will perform a greatest hits set.
