Bobsled trail in Salt Lake City is an amazing trail. The name likely comes because of the luge / bobsled track style feel that you get when you come down the narrow ravine with giant berms. Many years ago, people crashed their cars into this ravine and they have been turned into car jumps. There are other great features like a car drop, gaps, hip jumps etc.

I also kind of wrecked my knee. The story goes like this. I tore my ACL in April or so, rode hard all spring and summer and part of fall. This crash caused my meniscus to flip up and get stuck between my femur and tibia. As you can see in the video, it came out, but this happened a few more times until it wouldn't come out any more. So, I was sort of forced to get my ACL and meniscus fixed. Now I can't bike. Bummer. But at least I have this footage to watch and remember while I get all better. Except I hate watching the part where I crash...
