Bodyweight Back Day! How to effectively train back after your biceps are fatigued

In this video I demonstrate a method to train your back effectively using only bodyweight. It is common for the smaller biceps muscles to fatigue before the larger, stronger musculature of the back. This can lead to the back not being adequately stimulated. I address this issue with the following exercises:
