Two weeks ago I was able to film five Boeing 747` s within one hour at Liege Airport. The special star of the day was the Astral Cargo Boeing 747 which is a unicom and mainly operates flights between europe and africa. The african cargo company "Astral Air Cargo" used to fly around with a leased Atlas Air Boeing 747400F but about a year ago they replaced the Atlas 747 with an Air Atlanta Boeing 747 which als received an own livery. This was my third attempt to catch this 747 and I am finally satisfied with the result. The first Kalitta Boeing 747 operated flights for EL AL Cargo because its own Boeing 747F (4XELF) is currently in a maintenance check. The second Kalitta Boeing 747 operated a MIL Charter flight for the US Army. The ASL Airlines Boeing 747 departed to New York JFK on one of its daily parcel flights for TNT / Fedex. The last Boeing 747 is completly white the owner is "Cargo Airlines" from Israel.

I like these crosswind effects. At the beginning you were able to see the 747` s nose facing straight at my camera lense and when they touched down they were perfectly alligned with the runway.
