We found many beautiful boletus in the forest. We will dry the biggest boletus in an automatic dryer. We pickle smaller mushrooms according to our tried and trusted recipe (see subtitles). We also cook a special boletus dish outdoors on a wood stove, frying them in butter with eggplant and onions. The recipe for fried boletus is in the subtitles. Bon appetit everyone.
