Ash gourd /Kumbalakayi 300 gm
Curd 1/2 cup
Fresh Coconut grated 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Bengal gram 1 tsp soaked
For Grinding;
Green chilly 5
Coriander seeds 1tsp
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Jaggery 10 gms
For Tempering;
Red chilly 3
Mustard seeds 1/4 tsp
Curry leaves 10
Asafetida 2 pinch
Oil
