My aim was to exploit a new vantage point that has become available due to the ongoing developments around the old Battersea Power Station. Electric Boulevard includes a service road at the same level as the Southeastern tracks near Battersea Pier Junction.
Unfortunately the view is mainly obstructed by a fine mesh fence of the type commonly installed by Network Rail on new footbridges. The location is also very exposed to the prevailing wind.
In the end most of this video is shot from Battersea Park station which has excellent views along the Brighton Main Line towards Victoria.
