I wrote an article for the Builder an Architect magazine in July 2021 where I provided a number of ways in which principal agents can enhance their ability to evaluate extension of time claims. The principles focus on the submission of a programme that has the required integrity to accurately show or calculate the impact of delays on a schedule. I've been asked by a lot of readers to give some practical examples of this using a software such as CCS Candy.

In this video I show principal agents and contractors some of the important principles of what is required to produce a programme that will adhere to good practice principles and what is required to boost the principal agent's ability to evaluate and adjudicate delay claims.
