Die Bosch VT 590 ist ein Waschtrockner aus Anfang 1973.
Die Maschine ist recht groß, knapp 70 cm breit und echt schwer. Trotzdem ist die Aufhängung der Trommel nicht optimal konstruiert, deshalb kann es schon mal vorkommen, dass die Maschine bei Unwucht nicht ruhig stehen bleibt.
Riesige Trommel mit vier Mitnehmern, 5.5 Kilo Fassungsvermögen (die zweite Serie der VT590 wurde mit 6 Kilo angegeben). Heute würde sie mit 9 Kilo gelabelt sein.
Die Maschine läuft mit 230V, Heizung 3KW und Schleudern mit 900 U/min.
Es gibt ein separates Schaltwerk für das Intervallschleudern bzw Endschleudern, baugleich wie bei Constructa Kochautomatik/Garant und anderen Maschinen von Bosch/Siemens aus der Zeit.
Trocknerfunktion würde mit einem separaten Heizstab über Strahlungswärme laufen, ist aber außer Betrieb gesetzt.

Nevertheless, the suspension of the drum is not optimally designed, therefore it can happen that the machine does not remain on its place if it is out of balance. Huge drum with four drivers, 5.5 kilos capacity (the second series of the VT590 was specified as 6 kilos). Today she would be labeled with 9 kilos. The machine runs on 230V, heating 3KW and spinning at 900 rpm. There is a separate timer for the interval spin and final spin, identical in construction to the Constructa Kochautomatik/Garant and other machines from Bosch/Siemens from that time. The dryer function would run with a separate heating element using radiant heat, but it doesn't work.
