Finished with a luscious glaze of butter, hot sauce, and honey, these smoked wings deliver the perfect balance of sweet heat in every bite.

Marinade Ingredients:
2 lbs Chicken Wings
¼ Cup Pickle Juice
⅓ Cup (or a little more) Bourbon
23 Cloves Garlic, minced
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
12 Tbsp Brown Sugar
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
1 Tsp Onion Powder
1 Tsp Smoked Paprika
1 Tsp Cayenne Pepper (at more for more heat)
1 Tsp Ground Black Pepper
1 Tbsp Fresh Thyme leaves
1 Tbsp Fresh Rosemary, chopped
Mix these ingredients in a bowl. Add this marinade and the wings into a large Ziplock bag or container. Place in the refrigerator for 424 hours.

3 Tbsp Butter
1 Tbsp Hot Sauce
1 Tbsp Honey
Warm this glaze mix so the butter is fully melted
