Get in touch with nature with this cool technique for building overhead scapular mobility and control. It's called brachiating, which means "moving the arms to swing from branch to branch".
This movement is a bit more advanced, so only do it if you can hang comfortably by one hand for at least 10 seconds. But if that's no problem to you, definitely give it a try!
