A very soft braided brioche that tastes like Panettone, already when you take it out of the oven you will feel like you are in a pastry shop, the inebriating smell of Christmas enclosed in a brioche! A large soft, fragrant and genuine Treccione that will not make you regret the panettone!

I put raisins and candied fruit inside and lots of orange and lemon zest but if you prefer not to put any of these ingredients you can easily omit them!
⏱ First growth for at least 3 hours or until it doubles in volume, then after shaping it about 2 hours or until it doubles in volume!
We bake for about 2025 minutes at 175° Static 170° Ventilated
Ingredients:
450 g Flour 0 (approximately)
3 eggs
120g Sugar
120g Butter
15 g fresh brewer's yeast (45 g dry)
70 g Milk (warm)
2 pinches Salt
Raisins (soaked in orange juice)
Candied orange (to make it at home look here • SCORZETTE DI ARANCIA CANDITE metodo... )
1 Orange, 1 Lemon (possibly untreated)
Sugar grain
1 egg for brushing
