Brain Shrink

Hello,
Recent findings reveal that our brain has shrunk due to our modern day habits and lifestyle.
What can be done to make our brains become normal?
Well, there are three things to tell you.
#1. Yoga.
I have talked a lot about yoga as I have personally felt the benefits. Don’t get confused on where to start. There are a lot of certified yoga schools to try out. 20 to 40 minutes a day will be a good start. There are billions of neurons in our brain and yoga helps to multiple them many times more.
#2. Meditation
A lot of you may think yoga and meditation are the same. But they are not. They are interlinked and it’s a deep topic, which I do not want to dwell now. You can approach a proper meditation center and learn how to do it.
#3. Fasting. I follow this strongly for a very long time and I request you to do the same. It could be intermittent fasting, dry fasting or water fasting. Approach an expert and learn about the methods and follow. I have posted many videos earlier about fasting. Will do more detailed videos in the coming days.

Apart from the above said points, there are plenty of other things that that you can do to increase your brain’s efficiency, but to make it simple I’ll teach you three things that you can easily do.
Try to include green vegetables in your lunch. Two times a day would be better, but at least once a day is vital. Secondly, Beetroot is a vegetable that can increase your brains efficiency. Thirdly fruits can be beneficial too, especially pineapple.
If you follow these steps, you can greatly reduce the risk of brain shrinkage caused due to habits and lifestyle
