INGREDIENTS

TOFU PREPARATION
Firm Tofu – 350g
Corn Starch – 3 tbs
Salt – 2 tsp
Garlic powder – 2 tsp
Cooking oil (sunflower oil, canola oil, vegetable oil, peanut oil ) 3 tbsp

STIR FRY SAUCE
Vegetable Stock or broth 1 cup
Light Soy Sauce 3 tbsp
Dark Soy Sauce 2 tbsp
Sesame Oil 1 tbsp
Corn starch 1 tbsp
White Pepper – 1 tsp

MAIN DISH
Oil leftover oil from frying the tofu
Garlic 5 cloves
Grated Ginger 1 tsp
White part of scallions 10g
Presoaked Shiitake mushrooms 80g
Baby Bok Choy 150g
Green part of scallions 8g

** Adjust the seasoning to taste, as different brand of ingredients can taste differently**
