Clarice is an 82yearold patient who has had diarrhea for 3 days. She called for progressive weakness. She states she just generally doesn't feel well.

PMHX: high cholesterol, hypertension, CHF, and atrial fibrillation.
QD Meds: Simvastatin, atenolol, lisinopril, and 81mg ASA.

First set of vitals:
HR: 46bpm
BP: 84/56
SaO2: 95%
EtCO2: 30
Temp: 35.9C / 96.6F
