Dr. Brian Nadler was facing four counts of first degree murder in the deaths of seniors at the Hawkesbury and District General Hospital. Nadler had maintained his innocence, and his lawyers claim all of the seniors died of COVID19. The pretrial judge had made certain evidence inadmissible, which led the Crown to pivot and not move forward with the case at this time. Instead the Crown plans to appeal the pretrial rulings.
