Breathe from Pelvic Floor up

Most of women deal w some pelvic floor issues sooner or later in a life. I found that this exercise is a foundation for being aware of your pelvic floor, as the ball gives you immediate response. Place the ball BTW 2 sit bones, sit nice and tall and just pay attention to sensations...what it feels like!
Inhale visualize breathing from the ball up
Exhale send the breath down, soften, release!
