Coopers Mexican Cerveza lager beer kit has been around for a long time, so I thought it was about time I brewed this on video. Especially as the instructions in the kit are very basic.

This is a quick kit to make and from opening the tin, to bottling can take as little as 7 days. Then just 3 more weeks and this lager beer is ready to drink.

A lot of people like to have a cerveza beer with a chunk of lime, so I thought I’d add some lime juice to the lager think Sol

And I like a beer that has tequila in (think desperado), so why not give this Coopers Mezican Cerveza a twist.

It’s a quick kit to make and I like to use beer enhancer to give it a bit more body than just using sugar, or it can be a little thin on the mouth feel.
