This is part 1 of 2 of rebuilding this Briggs and Stratton 163cc Over Head Valve (OHV) engine. In this reassembly we cover cam crank timing, Piston istallation and adjusting the valve lash (gap between valves and rocker arms). Part 2 will cover all the other items that are not internal parts to the engine itself.
