USDA Prime brisket point only, (full packer without the flat). The PBC (Pit Barrel Cooker) knocks it out of the park! This is the absolute best brisket I've ever cooked or eaten. Very easy recipe, the Texas Slabs meat didn't require any trimming, simply great cook!
