British Columbia British Columbia recently conducted two provincial immigration draws on April 30, 2024.One draw from the British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BCPNP) saw the BC government issue 47 invitations in a general draw. This draw, consistent with previous general BCPNP draws this year, encompassed candidates from five streams: 1. Skilled Worker 2. Skilled Worker – Express Entry British Columbia (EEBC) option 3. International Graduate 4. International Graduate – EEBC option
5. Entry Level and SemiSkilled All streams except Entry Level and SemiSkilled required candidates to have a minimum score of 131 to receive an invitation, while the latter needed a score of 107. Apart from the general draw, BC also issued invitations in four additional draws, considering candidates from the Skilled Worker and International Graduate streams (including EEBC option). Invitations were distributed among candidates in childcare, construction, healthcare, and veterinary care occupations, with varying minimum scores.
