The Philippines has been our FAVOURITE country for FOOD in South East Asia so far! We have truly eaten our way round the islands, trying everything we fancy. Filipino food is known for its unique flavours, different textures and lots of meat.
In this video, we tried a mixture of savoury and sweet to give our taste buds a treat! Savoury foods were our staple favourite Pork Sisig and a traditional Filipino breakfast Corned Beef Silog. Then for dessert we tried a Choco Mucho chocolate bar, Creamline ice cream and the traditional Filipino dessert Halo Halo. Of course we also had to try the Philippines strongest beer Red Horse at 6.9%!
