RECIPE
Broccoli 200 grams cut into thin slices
Salt and pepper powder
Garlic 4 cloves chopped
Butter 30 gram
Olive oil 15ml
Lemon juice 23ml
Sauté broccoli in olive oil, followed by salt and pepper and sauté it for 4 minutes. Then add chopped garlic and butter, sauté again for 4 minutes.
Close the lid for 2 minutes if necessary while cooking.
