A lot of people are interested in visiting Brooks Camp located in Katmai National Park and Preserve. This off the road system park is not easily accessible and can cost a pretty penny to see. We see the famous pictures of bears flocking the waterfall and salmon flying up it, but what about later in the season?

Is Brooks Camp still worth a visit in the fall?

Come with me and see!

Hi, my name is Salina and I live in a village in remote Alaska that shares my families last name. My great grandparents homesteaded here in the 1940s and now it's a thriving little town of nearly 200 people year around. My family owns and operates a summer resort right on the families homestead....your Alaskan vacation by Alaskans.
