I don't always speak to express myself. I thought I would use text messages and music to express myself alternatively. It is kinda like those old silent videos of people holding signs to express themselves with music playing in the backgrounds. I am expressing how I feel about the memories of traumatic events and experiences haunting me to this day. Even when I try to let it go and move forward, this junk keeps coming to my head. It is so stressful. And this voice, the feeling in the back of my mind, tells me not to bottle up these feelings, but let it all out. And so I am.

And in a way, I am relieving tension. :) And I strongly encourage you to express yourselves in the comments below when your memories of traumatic events are haunting you. Be honest about what happened, but do not call anybody out by name. Understand? Find another way to express yourselves. This video should give you some ideas. :)
