Staying inside, can’t get out to cycle, and don’t have a big budget… Well should you choose a set of basic cycle rollers, or a basic turbo trainer?

In this video, I’ll be comparing the benefits and drawbacks of each, from a beginner’s perspective. Prior to filming I’d never actually used any form of indoor cycle training equipment, so if you’re thinking of buying either a turbo trainer, or a set of rollers, and you’re not sure which will suit you, I’ll help you decide.
