Introducing the AD Press! I picked this exercise up from ‪@AlexLeonidas‬ (formerly AlphaDestiny) when I was searching for new exercises to build up my shoulder strength and size and help me in my quest for achieving a massive overhead press. The movement is essentially a torso supported seated overhead press with a slight layback in the pad that creates a more ideal and stronger pressing angle.

In this video we cover:
1. the specifics of how to set this exercise up to get the most out of it during your training
2. the backstory behind the movement and how it got its name (Anterior Deltoid Press or AlphaDestiny Press!?)
3. why this exercise is so great as an upper body strength and hypertrophy training tool
