Please join me for a 25 Minute Barre TRX Workout for your whole body.
We will challenge the muscles in a different way by tensing/pulsing for 3 counts. Repeat each exercise or combo for 4 times.
By changing or progressing in your workouts, you’ll keep your muscles challenged and you’ll get stronger. Progressive Overload training involves gradually increasing the intensity or difficulty of workouts overtime.
