Julia and Alex are regular California homeowners with a very typical story. They just bought a house, then got the exciting news that they're having a baby, and now they're both working from home and thinking they need extra space. Converting the garage seemed like a good solution, but they weren't sure where to start. They decided to use Realm which is a relatively young company that has raised some funds and pivoted a bit to help homeowners with home improvement projects (like ADUs) estimate costs, get competitive bids, and find the right vendors for their job.
