In this video I am building frame 2. This is the first of the frames that will be visible within the finished boat and so I am going to a few extra measures to make this one extra beautiful!

I am veneering the bulkhead so I show you how I re saw veneers and then glue them to the plywood using a vacuum bagging technique. I then build a lamination that runs around the aperture in the bulkheads opening to soften and protect its edges.

We finish up with a CNC frame carving process to cut the bevels and notches into the frame and it turns out to be the best one that I have done yet!
