We're building a Realistic American City in today's episode of Dakota Falls! But we're approaching it a bit differently, by overhauling the existing town of River's Edge, as the placement of the town is a good spot for a city. We upgrade the downtown, adding more mixeduse, commercial and residential buildings we massively increase the footprint of River's edge by building large suburbs, some of them with preWWII historic houses but also a few with modern McMansions and tract housing best of all, much of this is actually zoned which is the first time I zone in... Forever! We're also adding a quicklybuilt industrial area where I go through some simple techniques to get the most out of very little time invested! Enjoy!
