Magnolia County is constantly moving from one metaphorical fire to the next! This time, there is a HUGE shortage of educated workers, and it's stifling the productivity of all of the businesses in the county. Pressure is building on state leaders particular Governor Sheila Johnson to do something about it.

Governor Johnson a skilled, but conflicted politician applies pressure where it's needed and brings a university to Magnolia County.

In this episode, we'll be build this university, but rather then just plopping a building, we'll attempt to build a MASSIVE campus. We'll also build a few residential suburban neighborhoods, all the city services that the area could need, and quadruple the number of parks in the county.
