The renovation continues and in this episode we're putting up a new wall for a downstairs bathroom. This will be timber framed in a similar way to how we did the (as yet unfinished) upstairs bathroom wall. But instead of covering the framing with drywall or plasterboard, we are going for laths so we end up with a lath and plaster (lime plaster) finish. And these are not just any laths! These we rescued from one of the walls we removed upstairs a couple of years ago and they're now being put to use again in a wonderful circle of reuse that fills Kylie with joy.
