In this video, I will reveal the strategy that you must employ if you want to see success for your business online. Having a business website will not be enough to generate more customers, you need to use all four of these steps.

Step one is you must know your audience, and one way to do this is by creating a customer avatar. A customer avatar is a great way to learn about your customers, figure out what really bothers them, what problems do they have and how can you best help them.

Step two is about selecting a few methods to get in front of your customers, this could be using Google Business Profile, social media or one of the many other ways to do this, but remember, don't spread yourself too thin, find out which method will best suit your business and help you reach your target audience.

Step three is where you build your website. But, this doesn't mean spending thousands and waiting weeks for completion. This means biting the bullet and building your own website, by doing this you will have all the skills need to make all further updates and modifications, saving you dollars.

Step four is about building an email list. Your email list is yours to keep, whereas social media platforms can change their algorithms at any time leaving it harder for you to get in front of them. Building your email list will ensure you can always reach your audience when you launch a new product.
