In the 5th episode of Cities: Skylines Rochester we are taking on the Major Charles Caroll Pedestrian Plaza and talking about the history and future of this public space. In this detail heavy episode, I will be covering some PO tips and tricks, how to build custom elevated parks, plus the history of this area, once known as Front Street.
