Nick Schiffer discusses two home offices being designed and constructed in the Needham project. Nick walks through each office, describing features like natural light, builtin cabinetry, millwork, paint colors, flooring, and views. One office has its own exterior entrance and large windows. It uses monochromatic green paint and reclaimed wood beams. The other office provides natural light to the hallway and has a cathedralstyle door on the builtin cabinetry. Both offices have charactergrade white oak floors. A library space between the offices has fullheight builtin shelving to frame the view of the sweet gum tree.
