In the 8th episode of Cities: Skylines Rochester we are beginning to build the Eastern side of Downtown, including the I490 Interchange in the South, Innovation Square (Formerly known as Xerox Tower, Legacy Tower, The Clinton building, The Central Rochester Library, plus much more! My goal for these projects plan is to finish the cities in their present form so that I can use them as a basis to improve traffic, improve walkability, increase transit options and opportunities, and apply modern urbanism city planning techniques.
