The Riverview Metropolitan Area is overly reliant on importing electricity from neighboring cities. This has only gotten worse as the city continues to grow, with the old Riverview Incineration Plant only able to supply 1/3rd of current consumption needs. Today, we're adding a new major power generation station to the city, transforming the metropolitan area from an electricity importer to an electricity exporter! And we only have to handle a bit of super dangerous excessive pollution, score! We detail up the coal power plant with a custom dockyard and railyard to allow easy coal shipments. Hope you enjoy!
